Stringent requirements Clock
Richard Marcinko known as the "Rogue Warrior", a former Navy SEAL commander wanted a watch made for him. But this was not a run-of-the-mill noted, this watch was to meet its strict set of criteria.
These criteria were necessary properties that would be useful in a clock-controlled military. It could have been a hard clock, one must endure harsh environments, a soldier and the most important criteria were that stand out:
*The clock is readable in all lighting situations.
